Subscriptions for roofing

Everything a roofing company runs online, on one monthly subscription.

Start with the website. Add only the pieces you want. No setup fee, no contract to sign today, and the first charge is the one you approve on this page.

Everything, fully loaded$4,750/mo

Add-ons are optional and can be added or dropped any month. Ad spend is paid to the platforms, never to us.

No setup fee, ever

The build is carried by the subscription. There is no separate implementation invoice at the start and no per-project invoice later.

Start with the base, add what you want

Each industry has one base package that everything else assumes. Add-ons are priced separately and can be added or dropped as the season changes.

Charged today, then monthly

Your first month is charged when you submit the payment — that is what starts the service. After that it is the same day every month.

Always on or before the 28th

If you sign up on the 29th, 30th or 31st, your billing day moves to the 28th rather than drifting to whatever the shortest month allows. Payments are always processed on or before the 28th.

The base package

Roofing Website — $1,000/mo

The site, rebuilt on your real identity — then grown every month.

Most roofing websites are a brochure that was finished once and has been decaying since. This is the opposite arrangement: the site is rebuilt on a verified identity graph — your licenses, service areas, crews, projects and reviews modeled as structured data — and then it gets worked on every single month. New service-area pages. New project pages. Schema kept correct as Google and the AI assistants change what they read.

You stop paying for a website and start paying for the team that grows it — with the build carried by the subscription instead of a setup fee.

What is live today: Live today. Sites are custom-coded and served from infrastructure we own and operate — not a page builder, and not a rented template platform.

  • Full rebuild, no setup feeThe site is designed and built on your verified identity graph before the first monthly charge buys anything else. There is no separate build invoice — ever.
  • Hosting, SSL, backups, monitoringRun as managed software on our own infrastructure: TLS renewed automatically, daily verified backups, and uptime monitoring that pages us, not you.
  • Monthly growth workEvery month: new service and service-area pages, new project pages from the jobs you actually completed, and content written to answer the questions homeowners search.
  • Structured data on every pageRoofingContractor, Service, Offer, Review, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList markup kept valid — the 25-category coverage model, not a plugin's guess.
  • Quote and schedule flowsWorking quote requests and booking flows maintained as part of the subscription, not quoted as a project every time you want one changed.
  • Lead delivery into your CRMEvery form writes to a durable outbox before anything is sent, then retries until your CRM accepts it. A lead is safe from the moment it is submitted.
  • Monthly performance reportA private reporting URL showing traffic, leads, rankings and the work done that month — refreshed from live data, not a slide deck.
  • Leased, not sold — and that is why there is no setup feeThe site is custom-built for you and runs on our engine. The site files stay in that engine and are served on your domain for as long as you keep an active subscription. Your domain, content, reviews, ad accounts and customer records are yours throughout.
Setup fee$0
Hyper localTarget products and services at state, county, city, ZIP and neighborhood level inside your service area
Lead deliveryDurable outbox + retry — no lead lost on a CRM outage
Optional add-ons

Add only the parts of the machine you want running.

Every add-on requires the base package, because each one feeds the site we run for you. Each is a separate line on your subscription — add one in storm season, drop it in January.

Roofing demand does not arrive evenly. It arrives in an afternoon, over a few ZIP codes, and it is spoken for within about a week. This add-on watches the weather for your territory every single morning, works out which of your past customers and prospects were actually under the hail, scrubs the list, and puts an approved campaign in front of them while the shingles are still on the lawn.

Storms stop being something you hear about from a neighbor three weeks later.

  • Daily storm detection Every morning we pull NOAA Storm Prediction Center reports and MESH hail-size radar cells for your territory, and resolve them down to affected ZIP codes.
  • Matched against your own database Affected ZIPs are matched against your CRM — past customers, old estimates, dead leads — so the campaign goes to people who already know your name.
  • List hygiene before every send Dead domains, typos and previously bounced addresses are removed, and every bounce is imported to a permanent do-not-contact list so the same dead address is never tried twice.
  • Internal briefing first Your team gets the storm briefing and the call sheet before anything goes to a homeowner — so you can work the phones on the same footprint.
Last full campaign2026-07-28 — 56 ZIP codes from 1 SPC report and 1,737 hail cells

Storm & Weather Campaign — $500/mo

Be the first company a homeowner hears from after the hail — automatically.

  • Nothing sends without a human By default the system arms a campaign and waits. A person releases it. Unattended whole-list sending is available but off unless you ask for it.
  • Call sheets for the crews A CSV of every matched record in the storm footprint, with contact history — what canvassers and the phone room actually work from.

What is live today: Live today for roofing companies in production. Runs on dedicated storm-monitoring infrastructure with its own daily schedule, and sends through our own hardened mail platform on an authenticated, strict-policy domain — not a shared marketing tool.

Does it email homeowners without me?

Not by default. The daily job detects the storm and arms the campaign; a person releases it. We can enable unattended sending, but we recommend against it and will tell you why.

What if there are no storms this month?

The monitoring, list hygiene and suppression maintenance run anyway — which is what makes the send work when a storm does land. Quiet months are when the list gets clean.

Whose data is the list?

Yours. We match against your CRM; we do not sell you a purchased list, and we do not reuse your list for anyone else.

Running ads on one platform is a job. Running them on eight, with the landing pages, the creative, the conversion tracking and the CRM hand-off all correct, is a department. This is that department, at a flat fee — and the fee does not move when your spend does, so we are never incentivized to spend more of your money.

One flat management fee instead of a percentage of spend, and one team accountable for the whole funnel.

  • Eight platforms managed Google Search, YouTube, Google Local Services Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, Yelp and Microsoft Advertising — built, launched and managed daily.
  • Up to $20,000/mo in managed spend Management covers combined monthly ad spend up to $20,000. Spend is paid by you directly to the platforms — it never passes through us and we take no percentage of it.
  • Landing pages built per campaign Each offer gets its own page with the consent capture, rules copy and tracking already correct — not traffic pointed at your homepage.
  • Creative and video cutdowns Per-placement cutdowns at 6s / 15s / 30s in 4:5 and 9:16, so a YouTube asset is not stretched onto Reels.
Management feeFlat $1,000/mo — never a percentage of spend
Managed spend cap$20,000/mo combined across all eight platforms
Pre-launch checks182 versioned items, each with a source, run before any campaign goes live

Ad Campaign Management — $1,000/mo

Eight platforms, built and run for you — up to $20,000/mo of managed ad spend.

  • Server-side conversion tracking Conversions measured through our own server-side tag container rather than the browser alone — which is what keeps reporting honest as browsers keep removing tracking.
  • 182-point pre-launch gate No campaign spends a dollar until it passes a versioned checklist covering pixel, Conversions API, targeting, geo, budget, landing page, lead form, CRM hand-off and notification email.
  • Leads into your CRM with attribution Every lead arrives with the campaign, ad set, ad and keyword that produced it, so you can see cost per booked job — not cost per click.

What is live today: Live today. The pre-launch gate, the server-side tag container and the Google data pipeline (Ads, Search Console, GA4, Business Profile) all run on our own infrastructure. Nextdoor and Yelp are managed hands-on rather than by API.

Is ad spend included?

No. You pay the platforms directly for media. The $1,000 is management — building, running, measuring and optimizing the campaigns — and it covers up to $20,000/mo of spend.

What if I spend more than $20,000?

Sustained spend above the cap moves to a higher tier by agreement. We will tell you before it matters, not after.

Do I need all eight platforms?

No. We start where your market actually converts and add platforms deliberately. The cap is combined, so the mix is yours to change.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We work inside your accounts with delegated access, so cancelling does not cost you your campaign history.

The gap between a lead and a signed contract is measuring, quoting and following up — and most roofing companies pay for that in three separate subscriptions plus a per-report fee. This is one system: type an address, get the roof, get the squares, quote from it, and watch the job move through the pipeline without re-keying anything.

No per-report measurement fees, and no CRM invoice on top of your marketing.

  • Roof takeoff from an address Facets, pitch, squares and waste computed from property and imagery data — no truck roll and no per-report charge.
  • Quote built from the measurement Your materials, your margins, your labor rates — the takeoff feeds the estimate directly instead of being retyped.
  • CRM included, not extra Contacts, jobs, stages, tasks and notes, with the pipeline shaped for roofing rather than a generic sales tool.
  • Leads land already attributed Every lead from the website, ads or a storm campaign arrives in the pipeline with its source attached.
Per-report cost$0 — included in the add-on, not billed per measurement
Runs onOur own takeoff and property services, backed by a permit and parcel warehouse

Roof Measurement & Job Pipeline — $750/mo

Measure a roof from an address, quote from the measurement, run the job to close.

  • Property intelligence on the record Parcel, structure and ownership data attached to the job, so an estimator is not researching an address by hand.
  • Works with the CRM you already have If you are committed to BuilderPrime, JobNimbus or similar, the takeoff and lead routing integrate rather than replace.

What is live today: Live today for internal and pilot use — the takeoff and property services are in production behind our CRM. Onboarding your material and labor rates into the estimator is done with you during the first month.

How accurate is the takeoff?

Accurate enough to quote from on standard residential roofs. Complex commercial and heavily obstructed roofs still get a field check, and the system flags them rather than guessing.

Can I keep my current CRM?

Yes. In that case this add-on delivers the takeoff, the estimate and the lead routing into your CRM instead of replacing it.

Is there a per-measurement charge?

No. Unlimited measurements are included in the monthly price.

A roofing company's most expensive lead is the one that called during a tear-off and got voicemail. This add-on puts a tracked number on every channel so you can see what actually produces calls, records and transcribes them, and — the part that pays for it — texts back every missed call within seconds so the homeowner does not simply dial the next company.

Missed calls become conversations instead of lost jobs.

  • Tracked numbers per channel A separate number for the website, each ad platform, the truck wrap and the yard sign — so ‘where do our calls come from’ stops being a guess.
  • Automatic missed-call text-back Any unanswered call gets an immediate SMS from your number offering to book — the single highest-return automation in home services.
  • Recording and transcription Calls recorded and transcribed, searchable by number, campaign and date — useful for coaching and unanswerable in a dispute.
  • Calls attributed in reporting Calls appear alongside form leads in the monthly report and against ad spend, so cost per lead includes the phone.
Text-back latencySeconds — fired by the missed-call event, not a batch job
Voice platformOur own SIP/PBX infrastructure, not a reseller account
Recording retentionRetained and searchable for the life of the subscription

Call Tracking & Missed-Call Recovery — $250/mo

Know which ad made the phone ring — and never lose the call you didn't answer.

  • Ring groups and after-hours Route by time of day, roll to a mobile, and hand off cleanly after hours instead of dropping to a full mailbox.
  • Runs on our own phone platform Voice runs on infrastructure we operate, so a routing change is a configuration we make, not a support ticket to a third party.

What is live today: The phone platform is live in production. Number porting or new-number provisioning for your market happens during onboarding; recording consent settings are configured to your state's law before anything records.

Do I have to change my main number?

No. Tracked numbers forward to the line you already answer, and your published main number can stay exactly as it is.

Is call recording legal here?

It depends on your state, and we configure consent announcements accordingly before recording is enabled. We will not quietly record into a two-party-consent state.

Does the text-back come from my number?

Yes — from the tracked number the homeowner dialed, so the reply reads as you and not as a robot from somewhere else.

For local roofing, the Business Profile is the storefront and the review count is the price tag. Most companies check it twice a year. This add-on treats it as a managed asset: reviews requested from finished jobs, every review answered, the profile kept accurate across service areas and categories, and your pages actually checked against what Google has indexed rather than what you hope it has.

A profile that keeps earning while you are on a roof.

  • Review requests from completed jobs Automatic, well-timed review requests to customers whose work is actually finished — the only requests that convert.
  • Every review answered Replies drafted for every review, good and bad, in your voice, and sent on your approval. Unanswered one-stars cost more than the job did.
  • Profile kept accurate Categories, service areas, hours, services and attributes monitored for drift — including the edits Google applies without telling you.
  • Photo and post cadence Regular project photos and profile posts published from the work you are already doing.
Review response100% — every review gets a drafted reply
Index verificationPer-URL inspection against Google's own index, not a rank-tracker's guess
Reindex pushGoogle Indexing API + IndexNow (Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam, Yep)

Reviews & Google Business Profile — $350/mo

The profile that decides whether you get called, managed like it matters.

  • Index coverage checked, not assumed Search Console URL-inspection sweeps tell us which pages Google has actually indexed; new and changed pages are pushed for reindex through the Indexing API and IndexNow.
  • Listings reconciled elsewhere Name, address, phone and category consistency swept across the platforms that list you, with drift flagged.

What is live today: Live today. The Google data pipeline (Business Profile, Search Console, GA4) runs on our own infrastructure over mutually authenticated connections, with per-customer access grants — your Google data is not pooled with anyone else's.

Do you write fake reviews?

No, and we will end the engagement over it. We ask real customers whose work is finished, which is both legal and what actually works.

Who approves the replies?

You do, by default. Replies are drafted and queued; if you would rather we just post them, we can, but the default is your approval.

What if my profile gets suspended?

We handle reinstatement, including the verification process. It is included — it is not a separate emergency project.

Every roofing company is sitting on thousands of old estimates that never closed and customers whose roofs are now ten years older. Mailing them is the cheapest revenue in the business and the fastest way to destroy your domain reputation if it is done badly. This add-on does the follow-up and the deliverability engineering together, because doing one without the other is how a company ends up in spam permanently.

Your database becomes a channel instead of a graveyard.

  • Automated lead nurture Sequences for new leads, unsold estimates and post-job follow-up, over email and SMS, keyed to what the job actually did.
  • Database reactivation campaigns Old estimates and past customers segmented by age, job type and area, then worked in cohorts rather than blasted at once.
  • Deliverability engineered, not hoped SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured to p=reject, MTA-STS published, and reputation monitored — so your mail lands in the inbox.
  • List hygiene before every send Dead domains, provider typos and role addresses removed pre-send; every bounce and unsubscribe imported to a permanent suppression list.
Measured delivery90.2% delivered on a 1,606-address cold cohort send
Cohort effect1.1% bounce on previously-delivered addresses vs 6.1% on never-mailed — which is why they are split
Mail platformOur own mail platform on an authenticated, strict-policy domain

Email & SMS Follow-Up — $400/mo

Work the list you already paid for — without burning the domain that carries it.

  • Cohort sending Never-mailed addresses go out separately from proven ones, so a stale segment cannot poison the reputation of a healthy one.
  • One-click unsubscribe and consent records Compliant unsubscribe on every message, and an auditable record of who consented to what and when.

What is live today: Live today — the same mail platform that carries our own operations and the storm campaigns, run and monitored by us end to end. SMS is delivered through a carrier-registered number; 10DLC brand and campaign registration is handled during onboarding.

Will this get me marked as spam?

Not if it is done in this order. The hygiene, the authentication and the cohort split exist precisely because we have measured what happens without them.

Do you need my email list?

Yes, and it stays yours. It is used for your campaigns only, never shared, and the suppression list travels with it.

Is SMS included in the price?

Message delivery is included at normal follow-up volumes. Very large SMS blasts are priced separately, and we will tell you before you hit that line.

Permit records are public, and almost nobody in roofing uses them. Every roofing permit filed in your territory is a signed job, an address, a contractor and a date — which tells you where work is happening, who is winning it, and which streets already have a crew on them. This add-on turns that into a map your canvassers and estimators work from.

Canvassing routes chosen from evidence instead of from a windshield.

  • Permit feed for your territory Roofing and re-roof permits collected for the jurisdictions you sell into, with address, contractor, valuation and date.
  • Competitor share by area Who is pulling how many permits, where, and how that is changing month over month.
  • Canvassing maps and routes Streets and neighborhoods ranked by permit density, roof age and storm history, exported for the door teams.
  • Property and parcel data Parcel, structure and ownership detail behind every pin, so a lead is qualified before anyone knocks.
Data sourcePublic permit records — collected, normalized and warehoused by us
WarehouseOur own permit and parcel warehouse, already serving live mapping for customers
Best paired withStorm & Weather Campaign — same map, two reasons to knock

Territory & Permit Intelligence — $500/mo

See who is pulling roofing permits near you, on a map, before your competitor does.

  • Storm footprints layered on With the Weather add-on, past hail footprints overlay the same map — which is where the two products become one answer.
  • Territory reporting Monthly view of your market: permits pulled, share won, and where demand moved.

What is live today: Partially live. The permit warehouse and the mapping service are in production today, with complete statewide coverage already loaded for one state. Coverage for your specific jurisdictions is confirmed — in writing — before you are charged for this add-on; where a jurisdiction does not publish machine-readable permits, we will tell you so rather than sell you a blank map.

Is my county covered?

We confirm coverage for your jurisdictions before this add-on starts billing. Permit publishing varies enormously by county, and we would rather lose the add-on than sell you an empty map.

Is permit data legal to use?

Yes. Building permits are public records. We collect and normalize what jurisdictions already publish.

How current is it?

As current as the jurisdiction publishes — typically daily to weekly. The lag per jurisdiction is shown on the map rather than hidden.

Before you buy

Term, cancellation & what you are leasing

Published here because you should not have to open a legal page to find out what you are committing to.

The website has a 3-month initial term, then month to month

The base website package commits you to three monthly payments. That is what carries the full rebuild in place of a setup fee — the build happens up front and is paid for over those three months. After month three it is month to month with no further commitment.

Every add-on is month to month

No add-on carries an initial term. Add the storm campaign in April and drop it in January — each one is a separate line you can start or stop at any time, and it changes your next charge, not your agreement.

Cancel any time, by email, effective on the date you choose

Email ar@hellojade.ai from your billing address with the subject “Cancel” and tell us the date. No retention call, no form, no notice period. We confirm within one business day.

Cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid another payment

Your billing day is the day you signed up, always on or before the 28th. Cancel before that day and you are not charged again. Cancel after it and the month you have just paid for runs to its end.

No refunds, no proration, no cancellation fee

Nothing already paid is refunded and partial months are not prorated — you keep the service through the period you paid for. There is no cancellation fee and, because there is no setup fee, nothing to repay if you leave.

🔑 The website is leased, not sold

Your site is custom-built and runs on our engine. The site files stay in that engine — they are not handed over — and they are served on your domain for as long as you keep an active hellojade subscription. Your domain, your content, your reviews, your ad accounts and your customer records remain yours throughout and leave with you.

Questions

Questions about this subscription

How much does hellojade cost?

It starts at $1,000/mo for the Roofing Website, which includes the full rebuild with no setup fee. From there you add only the pieces you want — 7 optional add-ons are published with their prices, up to $4,750/mo if you take every one. Ad spend is paid to the platforms, never to us.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The rebuild — every service and service-area page, the quote and schedule flows, the CRM integration and the measurement layer — is built at the start and carried by the monthly subscription. There is no separate build invoice, and the site keeps being worked on every month after launch.

When am I charged, and on what day each month?

You are charged when you submit payment on the signup page — that first charge is what starts the service. After that you are charged on the same day of each month. Payments are always processed on or before the 28th, so a signup on the 29th, 30th or 31st bills on the 28th from the following month onward rather than drifting.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

Three months on the website package, then month to month. Those three payments are what carry the full rebuild in place of a setup fee. Every add-on is month to month from day one with no commitment at all.

Can I add or remove an add-on later?

Yes, at any time. Add-ons are separate lines on your subscription and carry no term, so adding one or dropping one changes next month's charge rather than requiring a new agreement.

Do I own the website, or is it leased?

The website is leased. It is custom-built for you and runs on hellojade's engine; the site files stay in that engine and are served on your domain for as long as you keep an active subscription. Your domain, your content, your photos, your reviews, your ad accounts and your customer records are yours throughout and leave with you. Leasing the build is what makes a full custom rebuild possible with no setup fee.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel by email, effective on the date you choose. Nothing already paid is refunded and partial months are not prorated, so cancel before your billing day to avoid another charge. There is no cancellation fee. The website stops being served when the subscription ends — it is not handed over — while your domain, content and data remain yours and we help you move them.

Do you charge a percentage of my ad spend?

No. Ad management is a flat monthly fee with a published spend cap. Your ad budget is paid by you, directly to the platforms, and it never passes through us.

Do I have to buy add-ons?

No. The base package is a complete product on its own. Every add-on requires the base package, because each one assumes we run the site it feeds — but the base does not require any add-on.

Do you have a program for manufacturers or dealer networks?

Yes, and it is deliberately not one of these subscriptions. These price a single business by what it runs; the manufacturer program prices a network by dealers and markets, starts at $10,000/mo, and is custom-scoped. See the manufacturer program page for what it covers.

Roofing Website: Do I own the website?

You lease it. The site is custom-built for you and runs on our engine; the site files stay in that engine and are served on your domain for as long as you keep an active hellojade subscription. What you own outright — and what leaves with you if you go — is your domain, your content, your photos, your reviews, your ad accounts and your customer records.

Roofing Website: What happens to the site if I cancel?

It stops being served. The lease ends with the subscription, so the site comes down rather than being handed over. Your domain, your content and your data are yours and we help you move them; the built site itself is not transferred, which is what makes a full custom rebuild possible with no setup fee.

Roofing Website: Is there a commitment?

Three months on the website package, then month to month. The rebuild is delivered up front and carried by those three payments instead of a setup fee. Add-ons carry no commitment at all — they are month to month from day one.

Roofing Website: Is there really no setup fee?

No setup fee. The rebuild is paid for by the subscription, which is why the website package carries a three-month initial term rather than a build invoice.

Storm & Weather Campaign: Does it email homeowners without me?

Not by default. The daily job detects the storm and arms the campaign; a person releases it. We can enable unattended sending, but we recommend against it and will tell you why.

Storm & Weather Campaign: What if there are no storms this month?

The monitoring, list hygiene and suppression maintenance run anyway — which is what makes the send work when a storm does land. Quiet months are when the list gets clean.

Storm & Weather Campaign: Whose data is the list?

Ad Campaign Management: Is ad spend included?

No. You pay the platforms directly for media. The $1,000 is management — building, running, measuring and optimizing the campaigns — and it covers up to $20,000/mo of spend.

Ad Campaign Management: What if I spend more than $20,000?

Sustained spend above the cap moves to a higher tier by agreement. We will tell you before it matters, not after.

Ad Campaign Management: Do I need all eight platforms?

No. We start where your market actually converts and add platforms deliberately. The cap is combined, so the mix is yours to change.

Ad Campaign Management: Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We work inside your accounts with delegated access, so cancelling does not cost you your campaign history.

Roof Measurement & Job Pipeline: How accurate is the takeoff?

Accurate enough to quote from on standard residential roofs. Complex commercial and heavily obstructed roofs still get a field check, and the system flags them rather than guessing.

Roof Measurement & Job Pipeline: Can I keep my current CRM?

Yes. In that case this add-on delivers the takeoff, the estimate and the lead routing into your CRM instead of replacing it.

Roof Measurement & Job Pipeline: Is there a per-measurement charge?

No. Unlimited measurements are included in the monthly price.

Call Tracking & Missed-Call Recovery: Do I have to change my main number?

No. Tracked numbers forward to the line you already answer, and your published main number can stay exactly as it is.

Call Tracking & Missed-Call Recovery: Is call recording legal here?

It depends on your state, and we configure consent announcements accordingly before recording is enabled. We will not quietly record into a two-party-consent state.

Call Tracking & Missed-Call Recovery: Does the text-back come from my number?

Yes — from the tracked number the homeowner dialed, so the reply reads as you and not as a robot from somewhere else.

Reviews & Google Business Profile: Do you write fake reviews?

No, and we will end the engagement over it. We ask real customers whose work is finished, which is both legal and what actually works.

Reviews & Google Business Profile: Who approves the replies?

You do, by default. Replies are drafted and queued; if you would rather we just post them, we can, but the default is your approval.

Reviews & Google Business Profile: What if my profile gets suspended?

We handle reinstatement, including the verification process. It is included — it is not a separate emergency project.

Email & SMS Follow-Up: Will this get me marked as spam?

Not if it is done in this order. The hygiene, the authentication and the cohort split exist precisely because we have measured what happens without them.

Email & SMS Follow-Up: Do you need my email list?

Yes, and it stays yours. It is used for your campaigns only, never shared, and the suppression list travels with it.

Email & SMS Follow-Up: Is SMS included in the price?

Message delivery is included at normal follow-up volumes. Very large SMS blasts are priced separately, and we will tell you before you hit that line.

Territory & Permit Intelligence: Is my county covered?

We confirm coverage for your jurisdictions before this add-on starts billing. Permit publishing varies enormously by county, and we would rather lose the add-on than sell you an empty map.

Territory & Permit Intelligence: Is permit data legal to use?

Yes. Building permits are public records. We collect and normalize what jurisdictions already publish.

Territory & Permit Intelligence: How current is it?

As current as the jurisdiction publishes — typically daily to weekly. The lag per jurisdiction is shown on the map rather than hidden.
